It is best practice to add calendars on the Outlook Web Application because, once added, they will sync to all of your local devices which have outlook installed on them.

  1. Open Outlook on the web: https://outlook.office.com
  2. Click on the Calendar tab > Add calendar > Subscribe from web

  3. Paste the following URL into the available field: https://api.soldenservices.com/api/v1/ical/fto/corporate?key=Cg0JAQUKCA0CAA0PBAcIAw
    1. Name the calendar, select a color and charm, and choose which calendar group to add it to, then hit Import

    2. Note: To get data from multiple practices then the practices need to be separated by the comma (,) e.g: https://api.soldenservices.com/api/v1/ical/fto/R-D,Sales-BD,Corporate?key=Cg0JAQUKCA0CAA0PBAcIAw - and also the special characters: ,&\/<>%+'" inside the practice name need to be changed to "-" to get it works. For example: R&D => R-D, Sales/BD => Sales-BD.
  4. After a moment the import will complete and you can locate the added calendar under the subgroup you selected, in the above example Other Calendars

  5. After a few minutes you can close any local outlook application you have running on other devices, such as laptops or phones, and upon relaunching, the calendar will be available.
    1. You may have to check the calendar in order to get it to display on some devices.
