The following steps outline the process to return hardware such as laptops, chargers, and office fobs to our Lehi, Utah office.
Please follow these steps to ship your equipment and have it billed to Connor Group:
- Locate a FedEx shipping center near you https://local.fedex.com/en-us

Go to the FedEx shipping center with:
- This email, either print it or have it ready on your cell phone.
- All of the equipment being returned: laptop, charger, office fob

Your original laptop box from Connor Group (if you kept it)
- If you do not have your original laptop box from Connor Group, ask the FedEx shipping center to package your equipment in a FedEx laptop box.

Shipping details:
- Use Ground Service, no additional insurance.

From information:
- Use your name and your home mailing address as the “Sender” (ship from) address
- Ask the FedEx rep to turn on “Shipped” and “Delivered” notifications.
