Purpose:

This article describes how to remove shares from Google Drive to comply with Connor Group's policy for using secondary cloud storage services.

 

Process:

  1. Login into Google Drive using your Insider credentials (https://drive.google.com/)
  2. From the Home screen choose the ‘People’ dropdown and select ‘External Users’, this will provide you with a list of all files that have been made available to external users.   3.   5.   6. Follow these steps for each file or folder listed for those files to remain in compliance with the Secondary Cloud Service Provider Usage Guidelines and Policy.
