1. At the beginning of the intern program, interns are required to complete their “Goals and Objectives” similar to those completed by billable professionals. A Summary Review will also be completed at the end of their internship.
  2. During the internship, feedback will be collected using a process similar to the current non-billable review process. An intern group will be created, akin to the non-billable group, so that when Operations sends HR the intern’s schedule/client/reviewer, reviews can be created and launched. This process will use the current engagement review form without the self-review portion and will not be linked to or triggered by hours. The form can be sent to any individual identified by Operations.
  3. The intern review process will utilize this engagement review form and will include the capability to send out feedback, similar to the non-billable process. This feedback section will mirror that of the non-billable review form but will include specific intern-related questions:
    • Would this intern be staffed on future engagements as an Associate?
    • If the answer to the previous question is “No,” a follow-up question will appear: Please briefly explain why not.
      • Both questions will be mandatory for completion of the feedback form.
  4. A status report will be required to track and ensure follow-up on feedback requests that have been sent out but not completed.
  5. The intern’s Pod Leader will be listed as their Pod Leader in the HRIS, making them responsible for signing off on the Summary Review completed at the end of the internship in the mini-PDV.
  6. An Operations person will also be listed as the Supervisor in the HRIS, providing them with access to the Summary Review process and ensuring they have the same visibility and functionality as the Reviewer/Supervisor in the intern’s mini-PDV. The Operations person will compile feedback received using the Intern Engagement Review Form and insert it into the Reviewer section of the form. If there are multiple Engagement Reviews, the final feedback summary will be generated using an AI service.
    • The Reviewer/Supervisor will have the ability to edit this feedback on the Engagement Review Form and the Summary Review before signing off on the form/PDV/Summary Review.
  7. Both the mini-PDV and the intern engagement review form will be accessible to Pod leaders, Ops person, HR via their CG dashboard.
