Once you authorize that screen, you can now set an availability calendar that updates with your Outlook calendars busy time.
Browse to ‘Scheduler’ in your profile (Scheduler - Zoom).
Click on ‘Create a Schedule’ and fill out the screens:
Name your schedule and set a location if you have one.
Set the times that you want others to be able to choose from for these meetings.
You can choose to have one or multiple attendees.
Choosing multiple attendees would allow for more that one person to select a given scheduled time.
Set you notification options.
You can use this final screen to fine tune the schedule.
Choose ‘Finish’ and then you will see you schedule listed on the ‘Scheduler’ page, you can copy the link there and share that with anyone you would like to be able to book time with you.
