This policy addresses the practices and controls for the management of dynamic groups in Azure.

Scope

This policy covers the rules of dynamic groups created in Azure.

Responsibility

Connor Group Information Technology in coordination with Connor Group Legal is responsible for ensuring this policy is adequate for the risks and contractual obligations associated with storing client-provided data.  IT management will also ensure that sufficient standards, controls and monitors are in implemented to ensure adherence to this policy.  

Details

• All changes made to dynamic groups need to be requested via Fresh Service to the infrastructure team.
• After reviewing the ticket, the infrastructure team will make the the changes needed to those groups.
