Following are some common reasons that a specific Client is not available to be selected when creating a new review
- The professional has not accumulated enough 20 hours working on that Client Engagement.
- The professional already accumulated enough 20 hours working on that Client Engagement but the task types that were submitted to OpenAir are not either "Client Billable" or "Practice Development".
- The system may not synchronized the newly submitted time cards in OpenAir so please wait for another 24 hours.
