Following are some common reasons that a specific Client is not available to be selected when creating a new review

  1. The professional has not accumulated enough 20 hours working on that Client Engagement.
  2. The professional already accumulated enough 20 hours working on that Client Engagement but the task types that were submitted to OpenAir are not either "Client Billable" or "Practice Development".
  3. The system may not synchronized the newly submitted time cards in OpenAir so please wait for another 24 hours.
