Sometimes a meeting may need to be recorded to be shared or reviewed later. Luckily, Zoom makes Recording Meetings very easy to do. The Easiest way to record is right through the Zoom App. Once your meeting is started you can click on the Record button on the control bar at the bottom of the meeting window. After the Meeting is over Zoom will automatically save the recording to your computer and will show you where you can find it. Usually, it will be stored in Documents -> Zoom

You can also set the meeting to be recorded when scheduling a meeting. In the schedule Meeting window, scroll down to "Advanced Options" and click to open the menu, there you can check the box to have the Meeting recorded so you don't have to manually do it once it begins.

A few things to keep in mind about Zoom recordings:
- Due to storage capacity limits and how they are managed, we will NOT be enabling Zoom Cloud Recording.
- They are saved locally on your laptop by default, NOT in OneDrive. If the Meeting you recorded is important and you would like to keep it, I strongly suggest storing it in your personal OneDrive.
