You can add messages to your Zoom meeting invites this is helpful to add messages to your meeting invites most commonly how your clients and participants can test their settings before joining your meeting.
Example: "Hi, I look forward to our meeting, if you like you can test your settings before our meeting by visiting https://zoom.us/test so you can adjust your settings and speak to Zoom support if necessary. See you, soon!"
To add a message to appear on the Zoom invite E-mail first:
- Go to: https://zoom.us/profile/setting
- Search "Invitation email" in the search settings field.
- Scroll down to find the "Invitation Email" Under Meeting > Other header.
- Click the Pencil Icon to open the edit window
At the bottom of the Invitation E-mail window, you can add a custom message to be sent out on the bottom of your invites going forward.
- Note for any other details in the invite you'll need to edit those when you schedule the meeting not here
Remember: After you add a message to this invite window and save it, it will send this custom message on any meeting invite you to send out going forward. We don't recommend making messages for specific clients or people since it would send that message if you schedule a meeting for a different client or person.
