How do I create a Slack channel for my engagement?  

Important note:  only the owner of an engagement can create a channel.


 

  • From CG Insider click on "Sync My OneDrive Groups" and locate the engagement you need this new channel.  

         

 

  • Click the gear icon and click 'Create Slack Channel'.

         

 

  • Once you click "Create" a quick message will flash across the screen on top about creating the new channel, Slack notify you about the new channel.  


Important note about external slack channels: 
Existing OneDrive CG members will be added during the creation process, all external members of the engagement will need to be added manually.
