To Delegate your calendar (give control to another user), please do the following:

  • Open Outlook
    • Click View > Calendar > Shared calendars > Select the Calendar > Click Share
    • Type in the name of the person you want to share your calendar with and select them from the list
      • Chose the permissions you wish to grant to the person
      • Click share

 Note: it may take 20 minutes for your calendar to be visible to those you shared it with.
