If you receive the error message below, it is because you do not have access to the item and need to be invited as a member or owner into the appropriate OneDrive Group.
To solve this issue:
- Look at the full web address shown in your web browser. After the word "/sites" is the name of the OneDrive group. In this example "IT" is the name of the OneDrive group being requested.
- Email the OneDrive Group name to either your Engagement Leader or the IT Helpdesk (who will get permission from the Engagement Leader) to add you as a "Member" to that OneDrive group.
- Once you have membership you will no longer receive this error message.
